“Chef Clay Smith is AMAZING!!! I hired him for a private dinner for my wedding reception. He was so professional from the first conversation I had with him on the phone to when he left my house after the event. The food was absolutely delicious! The event was a few weeks ago and we are still talking about how good each course was. His menus are very unique to each party because he used all in season foods depending on time of year. Each course was spaced out in a good timely manner allowing us to actually digest and enjoy the company we had. The portions were a perfect size leaving us completely satisfied. Also, he left my kitchen spotless, which was awesome because the last thing you want to do after a big event is clean! haha. I can't rant and rave enough about him.
